Hi all,
I noticed that there is power management support and cpufreq support in the 2.6.31 and 2.6.35 BSPs for the i.MX23 and i.MX28 processor families. However, I was wondering if cpuidle support existed. I didn't see anything per se, but a Google search lead to mixed results. In some cases, it sounded like the term "cpuidle" was being used to refer to "static power management," but in others, it was less clear.
Does anyone have a definitive answer to this? Has anyone used one of these processors with the cpuidle framework in the Linux kernel?
Thanks,
Chris
