Unable to flash code over Device "MIMXRT1052XXXXB".

I have Device "MIMXRT1052XXXXB" whenever is try to connect it via Jlink utility either

JFlash or Jlink commander recieve the following error. It would be very helpful if some can help to resolve the issue.

Note: i tried connecting and unlocking the kinetis but it throws an error stating

J-Link>unlock kinetis
Found SWD-DP with ID 0x0BD11477
Unlocking device...ERROR: Read from DP/AP register failed!

While flashing the srec it shows this !

hi @jeremyzhou , I am using the custom board having MIMXRT1052xxx6B processor connected to it. I am getting the following error when i am trying to read back or even to flash any binary in external flash at location 0x60000000
