Unable to connect wire for probe index 1. Error: Wire Ack Fault - target connected?

Hi, im new user of MIMXRT1064 EVK board. when i tried to flash the code next time, i was unable to flash the code and i got an error "Unable to connect wire for probe index 1. Error: Wire Ack Fault - target connected?

and i also i  disconnect all the debug connect, then connect again:

with clean up debug option in IDE

but i got same error.

Hia @mehulusdad,

Probably the image got corrupted. I recommend you to execute a mass erase and try to flash your board again.

Here is one way to do it in MCUXpresso:

1. Set the board in Serial Downloader mode by switching SW7 to 0001
2. Connect your board to the PC via J41
3. Open you RT1064 project in MCUXpresso and click on the Gui Flash Tool

4. In the tool, execute a mass erase
5. Once completed, disconnect the board and change to Internal Boot via SW7 0010
6. Flash your board
