I am referring the document "AH1310" for TA1100 PHY. In which, under the CLOCKING(XTAL) section (Page number :23), it is mentioned that "The XO has typically 2pF, X1 3.5pF capacitance".

What does it really mean? Do I need to take any precautions while designing the shunt capacitance for the XTAL?

And I couldn't find out any informations regarding the PHY ADDRESS of the chip?

Anyone please help me?

No, just   the typical  precautions of a XTAL design. You need to put the external capacitors to have the proper impedance to made the XTAL to enter in a resonance.
