Special Codec Package and Excluded Codec Package Support needed

Hi,

we need support for:

ASF, WMV, WMA and AACPLUS (Special Codec Package)
Divx3 and AC3 (Excluded Codec Package)

Right now, such files are not getting detected on the Gallery and are noy getting played at the Media Player.

Do we need special Freescale License for the above packages?

If yes, what is procedure to get them?

What are the steps to include these packages?
