I have a question on the latest i.MX6 errata (Rev.7; https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/IMX6DQCE.pdf).
In "Workaround" section of ERR010822 (p.221), the document says "For a non-ISO transfer, the host will discard the packet and the data is lost."
On the other hand, however, in "Description" section, the document says "For an ISO transfer, the packet will be lost."
Now the question is: which description is correct?
(My guess that is "For a non-ISO transfer" in "Workaround" section should be "For an ISO transfer.")
Best regard,
Hi t_kuha
you are right: "For an ISO transfer, the packet will be lost."
"For a non-ISO transfer, the device will retransmit the packet per the USB specification requirements.."
Best regards
igor
