PF0100 Charging Issue

Hello,

I have the SABRE SDB and I placed a coin cell battery on the board, but it doesn't charge the battery.  When the battery is initially placed (with a charge) the RTC works as intended, but when battery discharges and power is plugged in, the PF0100 is not charging.  Could it be that by default the PF0100 does not have the COINCHEN bit enabled in the COINCTL register?

yes you are right, also one needs to set VCOIN -Coin cell charger output voltage
