I downloaded the mfgtool2.exe from the Solid-Run site ( http://wiki.solid-run.com/doku.php?id=products:imx6:microsom:documents ) and ran it. When it runs it programs the first two MAC octets as d0:63 on the iMX6.
Why is that? Is there anyway to change it? It appears that modifing the ucl2.xml code does not change it.
If it can not be changed then where can I get the bottom 4 octets so there will not be duplicates with other products?
MAC address are stored in eFuses at 0x620 and 0x630 address.
Please refer to chapter 5 "Fusemap" of i.MX6 Processor Reference Manual.
Have a great day,
Victor

Victor, what does that have to do with my question?
The MfgTool2 is automatically setting the fused link at 0x630 to 0xd063 and I don't know why it does it; or how to change the tool so that we can burn the value that out company wants to that fuse.
