Hello everyone:

Cannot execute the hello_world demo program properly. When I use jlink debug, the program stops at ResetISR(),  error info: “Break at address "0x4519fb0" with no debug information available, or outside of program code.”.

What do I have to do to use QSPI flash boot properly?

    About our custom boards: MIMXRT1061CVL5B  + W25Q128JV

    SDK info: 581E3D70B6BE910FDB337AA8FE843242.png

    We have tried the following:

SDK flexspi_nor_polling_transfer demo works properly. flash status register QE bit is 1.

         qspiflash_config: 32B6F915-5A46-4429-B4F6-341268B42B56.png

Looking forward to and thanking you for your reply.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
Firstly, I'd like to suggest you use the NXP-MCUBootUtility tool to contact the board, then program an image to the QSPI and check your custom board whether can boot up successfully.
Secondly, whether you ever modify the hello_world demo when giving it debug testing.
Have a great day,
TIC
