Part number MCIMX6Q6AVT10AD is an Automotive part so Its Tj is -40 to 125°C as shown on Figure 1 of the Datasheet (link below).

However, Tj temperature is not the same as operating temperature, as I mentioned. It would depend on how effectively you can dissipate the heat generated by the processor.

Hello Ivy Wang,

The junction temperature refers to the temperature of the processor die. You can see this more clearly and how it is affected by ambient temperature on slide 9 of Application Note 4579 (link below).
