Hi, we are hoping to use the i.MX Multimedia Codecs libraries in the Linux software provided by Freescale. Do we need to pay any license if we use the Freescale MP3 codec? I checked the user guide for Multimedia Framework, and the Freescale audio codecs are offered under standard license agreement. What does that mean? Free?
Thanks,
John
Yes, it is free, no license pay is required.
