Hello, Per the NXP support page for the IMX6ULL...
i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor | Arm Cortex-A7|NXP
...the IMX6ULL can support two channels of QSPI Nor Flash. But, is anyone aware of whether or not folks have also been able to leverage QSPI NAND flash with the IMX6ULL?
If 'Yes.'... is there an app note / article / white paper that discusses the effort?
Thanks much in advance!

Hi Regan
QSPI was designed to work with QSPI NOR and was not tested with NAND. Seems there may be problems
due to differencies with timings and data structures.
>Would it be possible (in theory) to connect a QSPI NOR flash to QSPI-A, and a QSPI NAND flash to QSPI-B?
I am afraid not

Hi Igor,
Understood. We'll make plans accordingly.
Appreciate it sir!

Expanding on the above question...
Would it be possible (in theory) to connect a QSPI NOR flash to QSPI-A, and a QSPI NAND flash to QSPI-B?
The idea would then be...
The QSPI NOR flash provides boot-up support while the QSPI NAND flash provides file system support.
