I am writing to inquire about the availability of the i.MX95 processor and its potential integration into a System-on-Chip (SoC) solution.

As NVIDIA does not provide SoC solutions, I am exploring the possibility of utilizing the i.MX95 processor from NXP for our project. Could you please confirm if the i.MX95 will be available for integration into an SoC configuration. Additionally, I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding the timeline for the availability of the i.MX95 processor for sale.

We are particularly interested in leveraging the capabilities of the i.MX95 for our upcoming project, and having clarity on its availability would greatly assist us in our planning and decision-making processes.

The iMX95 is planned to be launched in Q4 of this year or Q1 of the next year but the launch date could be changed.

You can obtain early access to the processor but you have to contact your local DFAE or our sales representative.
