Recently, I came across this problem. I tried to connect Ethernet to my sabresd board and succeeded by connecting it to Internet by setting the IP address, Gateway and DNS details from the android shell. But I am not able to use the Freescale Ethernet app which came along with the Android Souce package to set the above mentioned details. Have any tried using this Ethernet app?
