HDMI to DVI display flickering

I have been working with imx6dq custom board , The  hdmi to dvi display is connected to  hdmi port of imx6 custom board. (based on Sabresd). And booted the board. Now the output of the display is stable. 

If i boot the board and hot plug the hdmi to dvi cable to imx6 board. the output data, which is transmitted from the imx6 board is flickering. with the response of the input events (example: crossing the mouse or typing the data from the 

The display is flickering continuously, how to resolve the problem? 

kernel version : 3.14.52 

android flavor : marshmallow

Can you please try with our Android BSP 6.0.1_2.1.0? I tested with both BSP, and no one give me the flickering that you are mentioning.
