Does i.mx8m mini support LPDDR3?

We check the TRM that LPDDR3 is not in the support list.

Does i.mx8m mini support LPDDR3 (not DDR3L) ?

For the i.MX8MM support we only support the following. The LPDDR3 you mentioned not support, sorry about this.

• 16/32-bit DRAM Interface:
• LPDDR4-3000, DDR4-2400, DDR3L-1600
