DDR frequency at CPU throttling due to temperature crosses passive temperature value

We are using IMX6ULL processor.  We set the DDR frequency to 400 MHz and CPU frequency to 792 MHz. We observed that CPU clock frequency is reduced to 192 MHz during CPU throttling due to temperature crosses passive temperature value. During throttling what would be the DDR frequency change? 

Let us know what is the min DDR frequency supports during normal or throttling working condition.

There is no such information regarding the DDR frequency due to CPU throttling. It mostly affects the CPU, GPU, and VPU.
