DDR changes in uboot for i.MX8 M

Hi,

According to i.MX8M documentation, DDR changes are need to be done in u-boot SPL.

Can anybody let me know, in which and all files in uboot, the DDR changes are need to be done?

Is there any documents are available for the same

Hi Igor,

In i.MX8QM "register_programming_aid" excel file,  'DDR CFG file' sheet was there, which is missing in i.MX8MQ "register programming aid" excel sheet. Is that not needed in case of i.MX8MQ?
