DCD Config For IMX1170 with one 8mb SRAM

Hi,

I work on IMX1176 but with a custom board. We changed SRAM & NOR Flash. Our new SRAM "IS45S16400J" and new NOR flash "MX25L6433FM2Q-09G". Could ypu explain me how to configure DCD on DCD tool and  flexspi_not_config_t in flexspi_nor_config.h .

New SRAM 1 Meg Bits x 16 Bits x 4 Banks (64-MBIT).

New NOR Flash 3V, 64M-BIT

This application note contains info on how to fill the config file nor flash: How to Enable Debugging for FLEXSPI NOR Flash (nxp.com) 
Regarding the SRAM and DCD, you might use DCD tool on config tools. DCC will fill with register data to be written.

You might use the SEMC example to test your memory and import that configuration on DCD:
