Hello I successfully used the DDR_Stress_Tester V0.01 with an i.MX53 custom board. I wanted to switch over to V0.042 and to my surprise, it does not work, I always get "open COMx failed" regardless of the com port I try to use. Has anyone been able to use it ?
I decided to try the USB connexion... After fetching an old laptop on Windows XP (to install the antedated USB drivers !), I managed to have the drivers load, I connected the board but nothing shows up in the Device Manager window. I tried a connexion nevertheless. As expected, the communication fails.
