Android Automotive - Device Type (In-vehicle infotainment)

Hello,

In the Android Auto release document "Android automotive-10.0.0_1.1.0 release", It is mentioned that "It supports the device type In-vehicle infotainment ". 
In our Project, it is required to access Car data points(ie. Door, Engine, Speed, etc) which are not limited to Infotainment.

Does the released android automotive stack restricts access only to Infotainment functions.

Hello Sarathy P,

Our Android AUTO BSPs are iterations of Android Automotive. Our BSPs support only NXP boards, so some modules or services may not be loaded.

I would recommend looking for more details on Android’s website on how the car services work.
