kw38 temp collector scanning malfunctioned

Hi,

I am trying to connect with temp collector after it has been scanning for three days (I forgot to cut off the power), but it didn't work.

I'm sure that scanning callback timer is off, so it wouldn't stop scanning.

And power down mode is off as well.

What cause this scanning problem and how to deal with it?

What is the MCU device that you are working on?

What is the SDK version that you have?

Could you please share the process that you are doing?

I used FRDM-KW38 EVB and my sdk version is FRDM-KW38 2.6.12.

I tested by my side and the collector is scanning correctly. Please look at the image below.

I am using the KW38 SDK version KW38 2.6.14. I started first with the temperature sensor, and after that, I started the scan process.

What is the temperature sensor that you are using?

Could you please update the SDK that you have?
