Question 1:

We tried to get the sample OTA server (that comes in the SDK) to execute on the QN9020_MINIDK_V8 eval board, for evaluation purposes. During initialization, the sample OTA server is calling a library function (otas_init) where the expected return code is OTA_STATUS_OK. However the function is instead returning OTA_STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_SUPPORT_OTA. i.e. The OTAS initialization failed; the device does not support OTA.

Would like to know under what conditions this error gets returned?

Question 2:

The document says:

OTA clients for Android and IOS can be downloaded from Collabnet which is an NXP customer support site.

Could we get direct download links for these OTA clients for testing purposes? I haven't had success in finding them online.

Thanks

Hugh

Hi Hugh,

Question 1:

Would like to know under what conditions this error gets returned?

You need to flash the bin file using the ISP Studio, selecting the OTA  option.
