I want to read the firmware from MCU(JN5168)

Hi. I'm using several industrial sensors, and I want to divide a group between the sensors, so I want to change the channel of one group. The MCU of this product uses JN5168, and the manufacturer doesn't provide a separate channel change method. Is there a way to check the firmware on the MCU or change the zigbee channel?
