I create 'WirelesUART' example (without modify) on the BeeKit and export to CodeWarrior, and built.

It create binary files without error as below picture

codewarrior_binary.png

the .abs is 1934KB and .s19 is 199KB

Witch one is binary files for MC13237?

--My target device (MC13237) has 128KB max (Flash).

Dear Min,

The binary for MC13237 is the WirelessUART_ZC.s19 file in this case. You could simply select a debug  configuration in Codewarrior and load such code to the board using  a USB multilink that came with your kit.
