Hi Freescale experts,
We bought a MCIMX6DL-SDP dev. board and would like to test DDR by the "DDR_Tester_V2.52".
As using the tool, it show me ERROR: Can't open USB device".
Could you help us to verify it or there are any user guide for reference?
Please kindly inform me, if you have any suggestion.
