Hi Héctor,

We are considering flashing the initialization binaries (RCW and boot binaries and so on) using the CWTAP and CCS commands as a manufacturing process. We wanted to create some kind of script to do it automatically as soon as the board is available from manufacturing. Our goal is to provide a manufacturing procedure to update the boot FW with minimal interaction from manufacturing operators, i.e. not allowing manufacturing operators to navigate CodeWarrior windows to download those binaries.

Could you help us to do that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Héctor,

Thank you very much for sending me this AN. To fully understand it to create my own script to initialize a T2080 board I would appreciate it you could send me a little explanation and how to handle the next list of ccs commands:

ccs::config_template; ccs::config_chain; ccs::reset_to_debug; ccs::get_config_chain; ccs::run_core; ccs::stop_core; ccs::step_core; ccs::write_mem; ccs::read_mem; ccs::read_reg; ccs::write_reg; ccs::set_max_tck; ccs::core

If you prefer I ask for this by creating a ticket, please let me know

Thank you for all your help
