Regarding the pressure sensor device, there are some special considerations you should be aware of in case you want to wash it:
Any cleaner that enters the sensor pressure opening may have adverse effects on the device - especially if they are submerging the device in alcohol. So, sealing the access hole on the part with kapton tape is absolutely recommended. The use of clean RO water with a maximum water temperature of 145F is not an issue.

Please note that Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended as the frequencies can damage wire bond interconnections.
