Dear Jooph,

I am not sure I understand the question, could you or your customer provide more information? What speed are they referring to?

An internal single-axis accelerometer can be used to determine whether a vehicle is moving or stopped, it is not used to calculate the speed based on acceleration data.

Also note that the NTM88H0x5 is a direct TPMS using the pressure transducer to measure the pressure inside the tire. There are also indirect TPMS which typically use the wheel speed sensor.

Best regards,

Tomas
