The customer reported that when resetting the MCU S32K144, the amplitude of the crystal oscillator EXTAL waveform will be raised, what is the reason for this?

Hi@Chenhaohao11

This is probably caused by switching the Rf resistor.

In Normal RUN mode, the user should have enabled high-gain. At this time, Rf comes from an external 1M Ohm, and during reset, the Rf resistor will switch to the internal resistor of the chip, which will cause the waveform amplitude of the external crystal oscillator to change.
