S32k116 could not connect to jlink

Hi, I was trying to burn the firmware to S32K116 EVB board via JFLASH soteware, but the connection failed while jflash was connecting to target. The error reported as follows

I used the SWD mode, in which some  necessary pins are selected.

(GND, RESET,SWD_DIO,SWD_CLK)

What should 1 do for this problem ?

I would check if the MCU is powered (VDD) and all the SWD connections.

You could try to connect the J-link to the MCU using J-link Commander instead of J-Flash.

Or try a different debugger if you have it.

J-link/J-Flash are Segger products so you may contact their support as well.
