From the S32K3xx datasheet (Rev. 5.1 10/2022) Chapter 9.3, Table 28:
The minimum "Number of program/erase cycles per block for 256 KB and 512 KB blocks using Sector Erase." is stated as 100,000 P/E cycles.
However, it is a bit unclear from the description if every sector P/E cycle counts towards the P/E cycle of the block. So, my question is, is the minimum 100,000 P/E cycles per sector? Or is the minimum 100,000 P/E cycles the sum of all sectors in a block?
Thanks in advance.

I would even simplify it - P/E is basically erase cycle for smaller unit you can erase, what’s sector in this case.
Within flash endurance specification it is only important which block this particular sector belongs to. Every sector of 256KB/512KB block is capable to withstand 100,000 erase cycles.
