Can't configure GPIO on S32K344EVB with Tresos

I'm trying to configure various GPIO in the AL and AH GPIO ports as outputs, using Tresos, on my S32K344EVB.

From the RTD examples, PTA29 is configured to drive the red LED, and I've successfully configured PTA30 and PTA31 to drive the green and blue LEDs respectively.  I've tried to configure other GPIO in the A-ports, such as GPIO21, as outputs but they're stuck low.  I haven't had this problem with the GPIO B-ports.

Any insight on why I can't configure the A-ports would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Sorry for my very late response, this got put on the back-burner due to various other priorities.

The Dio and Port xdm files are included in the downloaded zip.  Is this what you were looking for, and if not what else?
