S32K3 SIUL2 port Switching configuration in run-time

Hello S32K3 Team,

I would like to switch SIUL2 Port configurations during run-time without the Deinit<->Init process. It would be great if we could switch between lpuart-tx and gpio-output. I look forward to your valuable suggestions.
