Hello NXP,
My objective is to update S32K144 via CAN.
I have S32K144 EVA, PE Multilink universal, S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4 and PCAN tool.
I've tried to study through the example link below, but I'm not sure how to approach it.
I've understood the concept of bootloaders.
How can I do it on the S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform ?
you can't directly run this demo "S32K144_CAN_bootloader" in S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4
it just because this demo run's on RTM 3.0.X and S32 DS V3.4 or V3.5 can't support this version.
So you can install S32 Design Studio for Arm or manually port this routine to the new IDE platform.
Thank you for your quick response.
I just installed S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2.2
I'm really sorry, but what should I do next?
I suggest you to install S32 Design Studio For Arm 2018 and install the RTM below.
or you can try install it in V2,2, but i don't know if this have problem or not.
I'm ready now.
I'd like to ask a realistic question first. Shouldn't I put the bootloader program on the S32K144 eVA board first?
I would appreciate it if you could support me with what files and how to put them in the bootloader.
I'm so frustrated, and I want to do a solution. I'm so sorry.
yes, you should download the Bootloader to MCU first with an debugger,
then use OpenBus Software through PCAN software to download flash driver and App to MCU.
I understood it as saying to compile and download the bootloader folder file of the above image.
Is that right?
However, there was an error in not finding several files as shown in the image below.
Explorer has confirmed the existence of a file. How should I connect you?
After clearing all the errors, I ran debug mode.
Blue LED blinks as shown in the image below. Is that correct?
if you can enter the debug page normally, it means there is no problem.
I'm so sorry and thank you.
Where can I download the NXP OpenBus Software ?

I see someone is already handling your case.
Please pay attention to your problem description next time. Why didn't you just say you wanted to apply for NxpOpenBus when you created a new case?
There seems to be a misunderstanding.
I think it's because it's my first time using NXP Community.
Looking at other people's conversations, And I received the above email asking me to create a ticket. I think I need to get a unique number to receive NXP OpenBus Software, so I'm trying to get a number, so I think I'm having this problem.
I'm so sorry.
I really want to solve this problem.
Honestly, I don't even know what ticket creation is.
Can't you help me?
