Dear NXP,

I use licensed(8.2) IAR Embedded Workbench for compiling and debugging. I have bought S32K118EVB board. When I try to flash the code onto S32K118EVB I got the message window "Busy, Starting debugger session: Flashing", but it never moves on. Except the D2 and D3 LEDs are on all the time. I have even tried to reset the MCU by pressing and holding the reset switch(SW5) but nothing happens. Does any one have idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks and Best Regards,

Shaik Nisar Ahmed

Hello Shaik Nisar Ahmed,

Did it happen the first time you tried programming the board?

Have you selected the correct project for the device?

Have you tried to flash a new empty project?

Which debugger/programmer do you use?

Please, power cycle your board and PC.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the IAR, I suggest contact their support.

Or you can try to use our IDE S32DS https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/s32-design-studio-ide/s32-design-studio-for...

Best regards,

Diana
