Getting an error "read cpu status failed"

Hi, I'm using NXPS32K358 evaluation board for the project.I use IAR workbench, when i try to flash the software. i'm getting an error "read cpu status is failed". i would like to know what all the possibilities will raise this issue. and how to resolve it
