What is the difference(s) between CSE (Cryptographic Services Engine) of MPC564xB/C family and the newer CSEc Cryptographic Services Engine compressed/compact) in S32K118 device family.
If NXP's both HW security modules (CSE and CSEc) are an adaptation of SHE only, then why S32K118 CSEc is known as "compressed/compact"?
Which features/functionalities/HW crypto engines are missing in CSEc?
We are assessing S32K118 cyber-relevant functionalities in detail, hence it is very important for us to know if we are getting full SHE compliant HW security module as CSEc or not. If not, what is missing in CSEc?
Hi @Harshad_JSS
We provide application notes for both security modules that can help you better understand the features each has. Consult them, they may be useful to you.
