Hi Team,

I am working on custom board based on S32G3, and connected to micron flash.

Configuration of QSPI DDR 200MHz

When i run sf probe from uboot i am able to detect the device once. When i run sf probe again nothing is disabled and sf read and write is working as expected.

=> sf probe 6:0
SF: Detected mt35xu01gbba with page size 256 Bytes, erase size 128 KiB, total 128 MiB
=> sf probe 6:0
=> sf probe 6:0
=> sf probe 6:0

But the same changes, when i do it in BSP34, it is working.

I have integrated the changes for "Updated SMPR[DLLFSMPF] QSPI setting for DTR-OPI mode." in both u-boot and arm-trusted-firmware.

Still observation remains same,.

{ INFO("mt35xu01gbba", 0x2c5b1b,0, 128 *1024, 1024, USE_FSR | SPI_NOR_4B_OPCODES | SPI_NOR_OCTAL_DTR_READ | SECT_4K) }

Hi,

Given that S32G3 is still under control of distribution, help us with either opening a ticket on the NXP online service or sending this inquiry to your local NXP representative/FAE. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Please, let us know.
