S32G ADC port absolute max rating

I'm working on a CGW(Automotive Central Gate Way) project using S32G

Look at the Absolute Max Rating of S32G Data Sheet
VREFH_ADC = max 2.16V
VAD_INPUT = VREFH_ADC+0.5

CGW is designed supply 1.8V to S32G ADC VREF

In this case, ADC port(VAD_INPUT) Absolute Max Rating is 2.3V(1.8V+0.5V)?
Or is 2.66V(2.16V+0.5V)?

Hi,

The Absolute Max Rating is related to VREFH_ADC value to be used in your design.

If VREFH_ADC = 1.8V in your design, then 1.8V + 0.5V = 2.3V is your Maximum permissible value for the ADC input.
