RAM read write check functionality in S12ZVM MCU

Hi all,

I want to check the RAM read write check  for MC9S12ZVML128 MCU.

Is there any feature available in MCU or simpler way for RAM read write check?

Hello,

The ECC check is performed during a read operation. So, you may test RAM by simply reading it.
