Are they already soldered on to the boards or not? If they are already in-circuit, the standard BDM cable can be used (2 wires required). Pre-programming the devices is something which is only done for very high volume production and I think you'll find the adapters for this are rather expensive....

Thanks for your reply. I would like to pre-program the 80 pins MC9S12NE64VTU (350 pieces) before they are being soldered on to the board. This is to allow pcb manufacture to test the board with working chips on board before shipping to us and to avoid handling of the complete unit which is hundreds or thousand times bigger than the chip itself.
