Sometimes, I've faced the next PCIE error message.
Test Engineer told me that this message happens once a day.
I wonder whether this kind of time-out is normal operation or not.
On using broadcom switch over PCIe with MPC,
I've never seen this kind of message before using T2080...
I think Configuration read request is related to read a basic PCI configuration space.
So, it seems so weird that it fails, because that's basic operation.

The below definition of ERR_DR register seems to indicate that PCI Express Ack time-out.

PCIE ERR_CAP_R* seem to indicate PCIE error happens when accessing Configuration Read Type 0
