P2020RDB-PCA, memory issue while bring-up kernel

Hi,

    While bring up kernel Linux version 3.19.0 on board P2020RDB-PCA, it seems the memory has some problems.

    The kernel reports:

              Unable to handle kernel paging request for data at address 0xffffffff.
