B4860 SerDes SGMII mapping

On the B4860, do the SerDes SGMIIs link directly to the ethernet controller? i.e. sgmii1 maps to dtsec1, sgmii2 maps to dtsec2, etc. If they are not mapped directly, what do the numbers signify and can these be changed in UBOOT?

The B4860 has 6 multirate ethernet MAC (mEMAC) - MAC1, MAC2…MAC6 which are mapped directly to the serdes SGMII1, SGMII2…SGMII6. I.e. MAC1 transmits/receives through SGMII1 and so on.
