MPC8323 FLASH配置

目前在使用MPC8323再进行设计，在codewarrior软件NOR FLASH列表里的型号都是镁光的Flash，可以推荐一下非镁光的型号么？要求使用，容量128M及以上；

此前选型到ISSI一款NOR FLASH，跟之前在用的IN28F128J3基本参数相同，但内部buffersize比在用的少（32words），想问下codewarrior是否可以自定义flash配置，把buffersize改小？非常感谢！有关于配置和添加Flash新型号的文档资料么？非常感谢！

如果您安装了CodeWarrior for PA 10.5.1, 请参考C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.1\PA\PA_Tools\FlashToolKit\Documentation\AppNote-FlashProgrammer-PowerArchitecture.pdf 创建新的flash programing算法，添加新的flash设备到CodeWarrior IDE里面。

非常感谢您的回复，目前我正在按照文档进行参数配置，但是有些参数不是很明白，想请教下

ISSI的FLASH芯片型号为IS29GL128-70DLEB的DEVICE ID对应Word模式和byte模式下各有3个，而MPC8323的配置文件里面看已有的其他型号的ID应该是跟模式（如8M*16*1、16M*8*2等）一一对应的，即一个模式一个ID号，所以想请教下，device ID在MPC8323的FLASH配置列表该如何选择？附件是已经填写的参数和对应的ISSI型号的数据手册。请查收，非常感谢！
