Change of parts from TJA1043 to TJA1443

Hi.

We are currently working on a design change for a board with a TJA1043T.

Since TJA1043T is deprecated for new designs, we are considering changing to TJA1433AT. In that case, do we have to cut the SPLIT wiring?
If we can keep the wiring, we can use TJA1043T and TJA1433AT with the same pattern, and it is easy to switch the parts.

Best regards.

Hi

Do you mean change from TJA1043 to TJA1443?

It is recommended to leave the SPLIT pin disconnected if no use it.

I see. I guess I better disconnect SPLIT pin.

However, since I have an extra test board, I will try to check the operation even before disconnecting the circuit.

Thanks.
