I am ready to use P2020.My application want strong float point processing capacity  bigger than 13GPLOPS.Is the chip P2020 OK for my app?

No.

P2020 has e500v2 cores executing floating-point arithmetic instructions, except for divide, with 1-cycle throughput.

For two cores at 1333 MHz this could give 2.6 GFLOPs
