mc9s12xet256mal

hy i bought 10pcs of new original "mc9s12xet256mal" 

i have read "mc9s12xet256mal" in my LPG ecu with xprog "bdm connection" without any problem but when i change it with new "mc9s12xet256mal" i cant read the new one and xprog give message "no bdm connection "

i checked all of possibility vcc,gnd,bkgd,reset.    
and trying with another xprog,mcu,and pc give me the same problem

but when i try with first mcu its okay read,write,erase...
the problem just with new mcu 

please give me difference bitween old and new mcu 
and how to solve the problem

Hi Djoudi,

The type and mask set looks as original part. It could be caused by secured chip.
