ls1012A quad enable bit

Dear All,

I am using LS1012A-FRWY and it has Winbond SPI flash. I want to set quad-enable bit (QE bit) of status register2 to 1. can somebody guide how to achieve this?

I also want to know which QE bit number of status register 2 is applicable for winbond like devices. Moreover it will be helpful if someone knows If there is any way to check the status of this Quad Enable bit?

Please refer to the following update from the AE team.

This information should be available in the Winbond SPI flash datasheet/manual. Customers can use similar steps to those used for writing on the flash. However, to write to the flash internal registers, the opcode for the command will be different (which should be available in the flash documents).
